About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilledManufacturing Engineering Managerto play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to thePlant Manager, you will lead the engineering team, ensuring that production meets quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.

As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to enhance manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor themanufacturing engineering team, fostering professional growth and development.

• Develop and implementefficient manufacturing processesto improve productivity, quality, and safety.

• Collaborate withcross-functional teams(design engineering, production, quality) to integrate new products and processes.

• Drivecontinuous improvementandlean manufacturing initiativesto enhance operational performance.

• Analyzeproduction data and key metricsto identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance withcompany policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

• Oversee theimplementation of new equipment, automation systems, and technologiesto optimize efficiency.

• Manage themanufacturing engineering budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

• Superviseengineering change management, ensuring accurate technical data (BOMs, routing times, etc. ).

• Collaborate withsuppliersto source and evaluate technologies that improve processes and reduce costs.

• Providetechnical expertiseto troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and optimize production output. Required Skills Competencies:• Strongleadership and team managementskills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

• Excellentproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities.

• In-depth knowledge ofmanufacturing processes(assembly, machining, painting, heat treatment).

• Expertise inlean manufacturing principlesandcontinuous improvement methodologies.

• Strongproject managementskills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency inCAD/CAM softwareand other engineering tools.

• Knowledge ofquality management systems (ISO standards)and regulatory compliance.

• Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process optimizations. Qualifications Experience:• Bachelor's degree inManufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum5 years of managerial experienceinmanufacturing engineering.

• Proven experience inprocess improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.

• Strong knowledge ofmanufacturing operations, equipment, and quality management systems.
