About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Plant Manager , you will lead the engineering team, ensuring that production meets quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.

As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to enhance manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team , fostering professional growth and development.

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design engineering, production, quality) to integrate new products and processes.

• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational performance.

• Analyze production data and key metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

• Oversee the implementation of new equipment, automation systems, and technologies to optimize efficiency.

• Manage the manufacturing engineering budget , ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

• Supervise engineering change management , ensuring accurate technical data (BOMs, routing times, etc. ).

• Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate technologies that improve processes and reduce costs.

• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and optimize production output.

Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, painting, heat treatment).

• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards) and regulatory compliance.

• Strong analytical skills , with the ability to interpret data and drive process optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing engineering.

• Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment, and quality management systems.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
