Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Manufacturing Engineering Manager We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Plant Manager , you will lead the engineering team, ensuring that production meets quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to enhance manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team , fostering professional growth and development.
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design engineering, production, quality) to integrate new products and processes.
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Analyze production data and key metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Oversee the implementation of new equipment, automation systems, and technologies to optimize efficiency.
Manage the manufacturing engineering budget , ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Supervise engineering change management , ensuring accurate technical data (BOMs, routing times, etc. ).
Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate technologies that improve processes and reduce costs.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and optimize production output.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing engineering.
Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment, and quality management systems.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
