OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

-

Ensure that budgeted and forecasted production volumes are reached in accordance with compliance, EHS and financial requirements/targets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

-

Ensures compliance with Quality and EHS requirements.

- Guarantees execution of the production plan in accordance with the established Plant targets defined in Budget, Forecast and periodical MPS review

- Manage escalation process according to the severity of the issues and risks

- Coach and support shift leaders in the execution of their work and in the organization development

- Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance departments to design, plan and execute improvement initiatives.

- Ensure that Fractionation personnel is adequately trained and operating in alignment with the current SOP's;

- Support all the key quality processes in respect to his own department, e. g: deviations, Quality inspections, CAPA definition and implementation, data integrity management, etc. . ;

- Constantly promote and control the implementation of continuous improvement activities in terms of process optimization (5S, DDFP, Mistake Proofing, cycle time reduction, efficiency projects).

- Actively promotes EHS culture and sponsors risk reduction opportunities.

Actively promotes digitalization of manufacturing and other supporting processes

- PhD in Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Science or related disciplines

- Proficient in English

- Proficient in Computer Software use

Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Pharma Industry, preferably Manufacturing
