At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are looking for an ambitious Manufacturing Planning Intern to join our exceptional team in Monza.

As a Manufacturing Planning Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to optimize our existing SAP system and contribute to the continuous improvement of our responsible areas.

Working closely with other departments, including IT and SAP teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless MRP updates and maintaining the accuracy of master data records in SAP.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and ensure data accuracy for materials and products in SAP

- Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage and create new raw material master data

- Work with the IT department to develop new implementations in SAP and other tools

- Resolve any issues related to master data in SAP and implement new solutions

- Collaborate with the planning department to resolve issues and implement improvements

- Support the client service department in resolving shipment, client forecast, and inventory management issues

- Assist in system maintenance, priority definition, and reporting to ensure up-to-date MRP and inventory control

- Ensure the introduction of IBP, Kinaxis, and other systems according to corporate timelines

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in SAP and other supply chain systems

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Attentive to details and committed to precision

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
