**Your role in our team**:

- You will be part of the Production Department reporting to the Assembly & Commissioning Coordinator

- You will be in charge of defining and implementing activities to optimize the interfold assembly process through time analysis and measurement

- You will measure time needed to assemble the main machine groups, identifying non-value-added activities

- You will prepare a reporting system to monitor all the activities necessary for the assembly process

- You will identify the KPIs to monitor the progress

- You will analyse activities and manage criticalities in assembly process to solve and overcome downtime

- You will interface with the Commissioning Team, Technical departments and all the various departments involved in the assembly processes

- You will acquire process engineering knowledge applied to the manufacturing industry

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent fields

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to take initiative and willing to learn

- Open to collaborate and work in team

- Fluent in Italian

- Good knowledge of English

- Microsoft Office proficiency
