Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Expert with a strong focus on work behaviors to join our dynamic team in Monza. Your expertise in advanced root cause analysis will be fundamental in solving complex technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities Deviation management Facilitate and perform advanced root cause analysis to solve complicated technical problems Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert recommendations to prevent errors and deviations Determine the underlying causes of manufacturing issues and develop innovative solutions Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure world-class quality standards Regularly analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization Work closely with relevant individuals to effectively implement process improvements and achieve seamless execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in science field (CTF preferred), or equivalent experience in the pharma industry.
