We specialize in the design, production, and maintenance of components and systems for both civil and military aviation. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for warehouse management and calibration calendar. Manage housekeeping and production. Oversee propeller repairs. Execute production according to appropriate instructions. Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Resolve issues using established procedures. Support concurrent engineering activities with design engineers and/or customers. Identify process optimizations to implement and develop best practices and standards for manufacturing. Qualifications/RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or High School Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing in the aviation field. Previous experience in a similar role in a complex industrial context. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English. Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required. Desired CharacteristicsKnowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals and components maintenance manuals. Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills. Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work. Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
