A day in the Life: Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment Adhere strictly to safety and quality protocols Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production plans Keys to Success: Attention to detail and dedication to quality Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Determination to meet and exceed production targets Education High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with sterile or cleanroom operations Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work under strict guidelines Physical Requirements / Work Environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a sterile environment. Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg. Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
