For our Plant we are looking for an Intern to join the Manufacturing Supply Chain team. The candidate, with the company tutor, will follow a training path aimed to understand the dynamics and production processes of the industrial supply chain, participating in some transversal projects in launches of new make-up and haircare products.

Key responsibilities Support in the launch and development of a new product from an industrial point of view, collaborating with the team and interfacing with different stakeholders inside and outside the PlantRenewal of the components and formulas of the products in the catalogue to bring them into compliance with the lawFollow up and support in managing substitutions according to production planningSupport in the management of the decoration flowAnalysis and reporting activitiesRequirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Management and/or Industrial Production Engineering, Business AdministrationFluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)Complete mastery of Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus)Strong interest for the Operations worldInvolvement and motivation to work in a teamMethod and OrganizationRewards and Perks Monthly EUR /gross allowance & free access to the company canteenFriendly and dynamic work atmosphere in the diverse environment of the market beauty leaderUnlimited access to the L'Oréal e-learning platform to boost your competenciesType of offer: -month full-time internship in presence Place of work: Settimo Torinese (TO) Start: September Do you think you are a good fit?
