**About the Opportunity

This position organizes the activities for new products introduction from R&D and for the product transfer from other Sanofi sites or external companies.

Promote the introduction of new technologies.

Contribute to find solutions for the productivity improvement respecting the cGMP and HSE regulations.

Organize the activities of the project leaders and of the MT department.

**About Sanofi Business Unit

Founded in 1973, the Anagni plant is the European center of excellence for the production of sterile injectable drugs: vials in vials and freeze-dried bottles.

In 2014, as part of the broader program of environmental protection and reduction of energy consumption of production sites, the first cogeneration plant was inaugurated to reduce energy costs by 20% and contribute to the reduction of CO2.

The site has FDA clearance.

Today it has around 200 employees.

**Key responsibilities

- Coordinate and organize the activities of the project leaders and of the MT department;

- Organize the activities for the new products introduction, transfers between sites or from external parties, ensure the projects progress involving all the functions interested;

- Prepare, execute and document all the development and validation activities of the new processes, respecting cGMP and HSE regulations;

- Promote the new technologies introduction maintaining the technical skills updated;

- Contribute to find improvement solution to increase the equipment/process productivity;

- Represent the site interface for product transfers and new technologies, with other sites and external parties;

- Ensure the transfer of new technologies and new processes know-how to the relevant departments, contributing, when needed, to the personnel training;

- Assist the new MT members, to introduce them in the organization and job execution.

**About You

- Demonstrated proficiency in interpretations of cGMP regulations, both EU/US and other regulations;

- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

**Essential requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, CTF;

- Fluently English speaking and writing;

- LeanSS Certification will be considered a plus.
