POSITION OVERVIEW To meet the development and new needs, we are looking for Resort Maintenance Technicians – Electricians – Plumbers - Installers available to join us for the summer season 2025 with team spirit, passion, and enthusiasm to provide high-quality service, with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYThe resource will report to the Local Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for:

Monitoring the facilities of the structuresConducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance processes for all departments of the structureIntervening effectively and promptly on malfunctions, in agreement with the Maintenance Manager, to ensure quality service to the customerEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures to guarantee the safety and well-being of staff and guestsSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAININGProven experience in the role (in hotels and resorts, including large ones)Proven experience in managing industrial plumbing and electrical systemsProven experience and knowledge in general maintenanceStrong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detailExcellent relational and communication skillsProblem-solving abilities, coupled with a positive and constructive attitudeReliability, responsibility, and proactivityConstant willingness to grow and challenge oneself in a highly professional environment aiming to achieve the highest service standardsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality work environmentsKnowledge of English or another language besides Italian is preferredBy submitting the application, you declare that you have read the information available on the site by helplavoro. it
