Marine Geotechnical & Geophysical (G&G) Surveys Proposal Manager
RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Geotechnical & Geophysical (G&G) Surveys Proposal Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan, Italy within the Energy Surveys Division. Mission The candidate will cooperate with the Tender Manager and the entire Surveys Group to prepare both technical and economic offers in the field of geophysical, environmental and geotechnical surveys, managing to combine all the needs (logistical, technical, contractual, commercial etc. ). The areas of expertise extend from renewable (wind and other) to oil & gas, power, and construction. Key Accountabilities Prepare commercial & technical offers for Geotechnical & Geophysical Surveys under the supervision of the Tender Manager. Deal with other internal functions to review contract terms and conditions related to Geotechnical & Geophysical Surveys contracts. Provide support on major contracts, tenders, and quotations. Cooperate with other RINA internal Business Divisions. Be aware of and understand the Quality Policy. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS. Stay up to date with RINA's current and future offerings and technology solutions, including but not limited to customer tailored tools. Support negotiations with Clients. Cooperate for sales initiatives focused on new sales opportunities, client and supplier visits, and management. Education Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology. Qualifications Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Availability to travel internationally. At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and/or in geophysical/environmental and geotechnical surveys.
