The Marine Sales Director - EMEA is primarily responsible for managing a sales team of 3 to 5 sales people as well as identifying & generating sales opportunities for Twin Disc marine and propulsion products in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The position will develop and implement action plans to expand our customer base and volume of business within the EMEA.

With the assistance of Applications, Engineering or other Twin Disc resources, the Marine Sales Director - EMEA will prepare competitive sales quotations, in order to generate sales with maximum profit margins.

The Marine Sales Director - EMEA will report regularly to Twin Disc leadership, Product Management, and Engineering about new market developments, including customer activity and new product ideas.
