Maritime Security Officer (Male and Female)Location: Onboard MSC Cruise Ships

Salary: EUR 30, 000 - 50, 000

We're hiring both Male and Female to ensure the safety and security of our passengers on board as a Security Officer.

Requirements: Fluent in English at B1-B2 levelMilitary/police/airport/customs control or security backgroundAge limit – 50 yearsPrevious maritime security, military, police or customs control experience (supported documents to be provided prior to the interview)Good physical conditionClear criminal recordJob Openings in Maritime Security: Armed Security GuardUnarmed Security GuardSecurity Guard on Passenger FleetSeal Team MemberGeneral Requirements for All Positions: Ex-military soldiers preferred; previous experience in combat units will be considered an advantageMain Mission: To make a stand against piracy, providing a trusted support function dedicated to eliminating the risk of attacks on high-value assets at sea.

Special Task Operation Division: Checking the legitimacy of seals and fighting against drug trafficking. Additional requirements include the ability to work with electronic gadgets.

Career Growth: From the position of Security Guard, career advancement is possible up to positions such as CCTV operator, Deputy Chief Security, and Chief Security.

The working schedule consists of shifts totaling 11 working hours per day. Food, accommodation, and access to guest areas (during free time) are provided as per ship privileges annex. There is also a possibility to leave and spend free time ashore when the ship is docked in port.
