Working at Guala Closures means having the opportunity to be part of an international world class leading organization, committed to innovating and investing in new sustainable closures solutions for the beverage industryAbout The RoleAs Market & Business Analyst, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our company to understand market trends, business operations and opportunities for growth. ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: you will collect and analyze data related to market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance. Market Research: you will conduct specific research to identify new market opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. Reporting: you will create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders. Strategy Development: You will work together with other functions to develop strategies to improve business operations and capitalize on market opportunities. Project Management: you will assist in managing or manage projects aimed at improving business processes and productivity. Collaboration: you will work with different departments to implement recommendations and ensure alignment with business goals. QualificationsEducation: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is typically required. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, SQL), and excellent communication skills. Experience: Previous experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field is often preferred. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business intelligence software and statistical analysis systems can be beneficial. RequirementsProven working experience as analyst/Product Manager in an international environmentClear understanding of relevant systems, data processes necessary to measure defined KPIsUniversity degree or comparable education with a focus on sales/Data/Customer ServiceFluent English, another language would be a strong plusStrong internal negotiation skills in a variety of culturesAbility to interact with a wide variety of cultures and functions both internally and externallyAbility to quickly adapt to changing industry dynamics and redirect effortsAbility to work under pressure managing multiple prioritiesAnalytical capability with a strategic mindsetGoal oriented, ability to translate the strategy into actionable plansCreative problem solverTime Management (organization in managing daily activities)Translate Voice Of Customer into actionStrong project management skillsSelf-motivated, results driven and a passion for winning Willingness to travel around 20% to 40% of timeLocation: Milan.
