**About the role**:
As Market Access Manager you will have the accountability to develop a holistic local market access strategy, building on solid insights of local environment and customers, integrating key levers such as pricing, clinical and economic evidence, policy shaping, multi-stakeholder engagement.
**Primary responsibilities of this role**:
- Develop & Champion a clear market access strategy for Ostomy Care BU in Italy.
- Develop and lead a value communication plan to drive the debate with Company's stakeholders and implement related projects that contribute to maximize brand value.
- Monitor market access and health policy environment, early identify new trends, disseminate strategic, operational, and financial implications.
- Contribute to build economic models (budget impact models and cost effectiveness models).
- Create and maintain a strong contact network with key institutional players and their influencers.
- Participating to cross-functional Teams, to capture business inputs and needs and translate them into Market Access activities able to successfully address them.
- Work in strict collaboration with Sales Regional Manager and Product Specialist to spot regional stakeholders and support efficient MA positioning.
- Coordinate tenders at a regional and local level.
empower and train field employees to successfully drive local tenders.
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
- Experience from market access, institutional relationship and/or health economics work.
- Solid understanding of MA processes and the goals and strategies of payers and other stakeholders in Italy.
- An analytical mindset.
- Strong teamwork.
- Capability to network, build strong and credible relationships.
- Delivery - gets the job done.
Meets or exceeds expectations and exhibits a sense of urgency on critical time-dependant issues.

**Travel Requirements
Travel within National field and to national offices.
Estimate 60% time travelling

Speaking: Yes English (business level)
