**Market Access Manager

Reporting to the Market Access Director, the Market Access Manager will be responsible and will manage market access and pricing projects.

You will work in partnership with the other departments to deliver added value projects by providing access insights, developing Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers and tools, engaging with market access stakeholders, as well as advising on pricing strategy activities, and lead activities to deliver access results in the Italian affiliate and the other international markets.

**Your Job

- Supporting in the implementation of MA and P&R strategies

- Supporting clients in national MA and P&R activities

- Working synergistically with HEOR and regional access teams

- Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

- Supporting assessment of business development opportunities providing MA assumptions/risks

- Providing V&A inputs

**Your Profile

- Master in Science, Pharmacy, Management Engineering or Business

- A minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical market access roles (consultancy background is an added value)

- Experience in pricing and reimbursement

- Direct experience in HTA dossier submissions

- Understanding of the payer and HTA landscape and main P&R archetypes

- Knowledge of fundamentals of pharmacoeconomics

- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking

- Ability to operate in complex environment

- Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams

- Standard Computer skills required

- Fluent in English and Italian (third language is a plus)

- Approx 30% of travelling expected
