**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Economic Research Design**: Design and implement economic research studies for clinical trials, providing economic perspectives for product portfolio decisions, marketing strategies, product reimbursement, and regulatory submissions.
- ** Value Comparison**: Compare and evaluate the economic value of products and therapies using clinical and quality of life outcomes data from clinical trials and epidemiology studies.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the product reimbursement team to develop strategies, marketing, and pricing programs.
- ** Clinical Research Integration**: Collaborate with clinical research teams to incorporate health economics endpoints into clinical trials and work with biostatisticians to analyze and report study results.
**Educational Background**:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
A master's degree or higher is often preferred.
**Experience**:
- Several years of experience in market access, health economics, pricing, reimbursement, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate market trends and healthcare policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with statistical software.
- Ability to develop and implement market access strategies.
- Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regulatory environment.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, as the role involves communication with local and international stakeholders.
**Other Requirements**:
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
