**MISSION
The Maserati Market Analysis Department ensure the best demand definition across the regions, ensuring the maximum results for Maserati at Global Level.
This position will play a key role in supporting the Market Analysis manager in ensuring the optimal demand definition.
We are looking for a Market Analyst who will support the team specifically for the creation of an aggregate demand and presentations to the Board.
For this position we're offering a 6 month temporary contract.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Process each market demand
- Perform in-deep and reliable market researches
- Utilize official market researches (e. g.
HIS or other providers) and catalog findings to create databases
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
- Analyze and interpret market trends, find other parties researches and implement best practices
- Collaborate in the monthly POs meeting documentation
- Support and give commitment to the markets during the POs process
- Work for further optimization / automation of the processes
**REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Statistic, Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with MS Excel, VBA and PowerPoint
- Full proficiency in Italian, very good knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Passion and knowledge of the automotive industry as a welcome plus
