MISSION

The Maserati Market Analysis Department ensure the best demand definition across the regions, ensuring the maximum results for Maserati at Global Level.

This position will play a key role in supporting the Market Analysis manager in ensuring the optimal demand definition.

We are looking for a Market Analyst who will support the team specifically for the creation of an aggregate demand and presentations to the Board.

For this position we're offering a 6 month temporary contract.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Process each market demand

Perform in-deep and reliable market researches

Utilize official market researches (e. g.

HIS or other providers) and catalog findings to create databases

Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods

Analyze and interpret market trends, find other parties researches and implement best practices

Collaborate in the monthly POs meeting documentation

Support and give commitment to the markets during the POs process

Work for further optimization / automation of the processes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Statistic, Engineering or similar

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency with MS Excel, VBA and PowerPoint

Full proficiency in Italian, very good knowledge of English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Passion and knowledge of the automotive industry as a welcome plus
