**About the role

We are looking for a Market Analyst with primary responsibility to gather, analyze and consolidate market, sales and business data to drive Empatica's business strategy as well as identify opportunities for growth.

**Your contribution to the mission**:

- Analyze data, trends, strategies, and market dynamics in Empatica's industry and adjacent fields

- Perform ongoing market research, including activities relevant for corporate development

- Gather and evaluate market information to review the company's position and validate opportunities for growth

- Provide analytic market research in support of business planning

- Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing

- Collect, access, verify, and organise market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales data

- Conduct analysis, initiate investigations and respond to internal and external ad-hoc inquiries on different topics, including medical research, regulatory approvals, clinical innovation

- Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.

- We are operating a hybrid model where our employees can choose to work from home or come to the office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or related fields

- Proficient in English

- Good understanding of analytical techniques, statistical analysis, and data management

- Experience in analyzing data in Excel (lookups, pivots, visualization, conditional logic, etc.

)

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and across business areas

- Are a fast learner

- Focused on quality and excellence

- A problem-solving hustler who can take on any big or small project
