Market Development Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Market Development Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and pursuing opportunities to expand our presence and market share in the acquiring industry. You will collaborate closely with various strategic partners, internal stakeholders, aiming to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and maximizing revenue.
**What you will do
More specifically as, as a **Partnerships & Market Development Analyst**, you will be responsible for:
- **Market Analysis** - Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities. Utilize various data sources to gather information on market size, segmentation, and growth potential.
- **Competitive Intelligence** - Monitor and analyse competitors' activities, product offerings, and market positioning. Provide regular updates on competitive landscape.
- **Data Collection and Interpretation** - Collect, organize, and analyse data related to market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends. Interpret data to outline actionable insights and recommendations for market development strategies.
- **Strategic Support** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of the strategic partnerships plans.
- **Market Segmentation** - Identify and analyse market segments to understand specific needs, preferences, and behaviours. Provide recommendations on target market selection and positioning.
- **Collaboration** - Work closely with the strategic partnerships unit, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies with market insights. Provide support in the development of marketing campaigns and product launches.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a business development analyst or/and consultant with Technology & Business background, where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of how organizations manage change based on the company's strategy.
- Communication and storytelling skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Italian and in English
- Demonstrating Leadership, strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables
- A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams.
- An MBA or a master's degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset.
- Working experience in relevant industry is not required but will be considered an asset.
