What We Would Like You To Take Care OfMarket research and analysis: conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use primary and secondary research to provide insights that guide product development and business strategy. Combine sales data and customer feedback information to identify areas and opportunities for improvement across the business, pinpointing specific customer pain points. Draft business plans and monitor its implementation through advanced methodologies and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure market insights are aligned with business objectives. Contribute to the development of market forecasts, trends, and predictive models to anticipate market changes and inform long-term business strategy. What We Wish You'd Bring WithBachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, economics, business or a related field. Market research experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in market research, business analysis or insights roles in structured organisations in the private equity sector or acceleration/incubation agencies. Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience using BI tools for data visualisation. Strong communication skills with a desire to work cross-functionally with our in-house tech and data teams to optimise processes and develop your skills further. A deep curiosity to understand why and how things work, and the need to identify that through data. Ability to use data analysis tools and present insights clearly to stakeholders. Italian and English: business proficient. Familiarity with market research tools and CRM systems. Experience in creating visually engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote or design software (e. g. , Canva, Figma, MIRO). NICE TO HAVEPrevious experience in large-scale project management. Previous international experience. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
