In this important phase, the Marketing Department is engaged to play a significant role and to contribute to the overall results and continued growth. The Marketing Department is strengthening its current organization, and, in this context, the Industry Market Manager position is a significant pillar and has an active position. This is why we look forward to welcome multiple MARKET MANAGERS who can contribute with their experience, and be an active part of our organization in one of the following focus industries: Oil & Gas (refinery, chemical, petrochemical), Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS), PET bottling industry, Marine offshore, Services. About The Job: As Market Manager , you will report to the Marketing Director and you will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, trends, customer needs and to transfer these concepts to the Group. You will develop and implement marketing plans that are consistent with overall SIAD Group strategy, while taking into consideration specific geographical or divisional needs. With reference to your specific industry, your core responsibilities include: Research and analysis including "Voice of Customers" to gain key insights: customer analysis, market segmentation, competitor analysis, and market drivers and industry trends. Information will come from participating in fairs, conferences, and events for direct interaction with customers, sales reports and feedback from sales team, published reports and monitoring market announcements. Make suggestions to the Engineering Group to select the target market segments and to position the company's products and/or services effectively to attract the customers. Execute marketing plans, this involves setting objectives and targets, developing market campaigns, providing required marketing collaterals. Developing KPIs to track plan execution and achievement of plan deliverables. Create marketing campaigns across various channels. This may involve collaboration with corporate communications, advertising agencies and coordinate global SIAD Engineering subsidiaries. Implement strategies to generate leads and to enable sales teams to manage them. Provide effective sales tools and marketing collaterals to facilitate the selling effort (with sales teams). Manage efficient allocation of funds assigned to the market. This involves selecting activities, tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors in cooperation with procurement, and optimizing costs, consistent with value delivering. Generate reports to communicate the developments of marketing initiatives, this includes tracking KPIs. Measure the effectiveness of respective marketing initiatives and makes mid-course corrections as needed. Your Profile: 3 years of relevant experience in the role in a technical industry. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English language skills. Availability to travel (20/25% of the time). Innovative spirit paired with analytical thinking skills. Team player who can also work independently when necessary.
