- Development and execution of market strategies for the refrigeration market

- Coordination of strategic plans with global product management and marketing teams in Asia and US

- Understand customer needs, market and technology trends, as well as regulatory directions to elaborate new product development road maps

- Conduction of market research, sizing and segmentation

- Formulation of business cases and product specifications for new product proposals

- Launch of new product, including communication plans, product positioning and value proposition

- Execution of tactical plans with the Sales organization

- Management of the product portfolio and lifecycle

- U n iv e rsi t y deg r ee in Electronics, Mechatronics En g i n e eri ng or similar

- Experti s e a n d k n o w l ed g e o f Refrigeration c o m p on ents, ap p licati o n s and s y s te m s is required

- C u st o m e r - o rie n t ed, inter p ers o n al a n d e x e cution skills

- F lu ent in Italian and in En g lish, 3 rd language is a plus
