What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Business Intelligence and in particular in the business / management Product reporting directly to the Business Intelligence Director;

- You will have the opportunity to be involved in designing, executing and reporting market researches for all gaming products (lotteries, betting, gaming machine and online gaming) in all Sisal markets, leveraging on external researches institutes and leading a small team.

Who you are:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing researches design and execution in primary research institutes or in multinational companies, leading researchers teams;

- You have a degree in Statistics, Economics or other Scientifical degrees;

- You have excellent knowledge of statistical methodology applied to market researches;

- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

- You are curious, proactive, autonomous, with a great leadership;

- You know how to understand business needs and translate them in relevant researches; how to present results in an easy, complete and compelling way to non-analytics colleagues.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in market research in/for gaming industry players, both national or international;

- Basic knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
