**JOB PURPOSE
- Market Research Specialist will be part of Prada Group Marketing Department. - The primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth market research and analysis within the fashion luxury industry.
He/ She will gather and interpret internal and external data to provide valuable insights that will inform strategic decision-making and contribute to the company's growth and success.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze emerging trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the fashion luxury industry
- Gather data on customer demographics, purchasing habits, and brand perception through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies, also coordinating with other suppliers
- Analyze market data, sales figures, and industry reports to assess market potential, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communication, Retail, Digital and Data Science, to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product positioning, market trends and target audience segmentation
- Prepare clear and concise market research reports, including visualizations and recommendations, to present to key stakeholders
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Market Researcher or in a similar role within the fashion luxury industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets- Knowledge of Python or R language is a plus- Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis software- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive business growth- Fluency in written and spoken English
