Your role Assuming this role within the Market Strategy team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a new tool to set, manage, track and monitor customers' discounts/programs and promotions, with a major focus on frame and prescription lens categories.
You will work in strong partnership with the IT team and Commercial Subsidiaries, while also getting close exposure to Finance and other Corporate departments.
Main responsibilities: Work as PM on requirements and processes related to discounts management (commercial, financial, rebates). Collaborate with IT and consultants providing all the necessary requirements, and participate in the BBP validation and testing phase. Support the subsidiaries during the new Pricing Schema Core Model roll-out, managing Fit2Core analysis, training activities, and support the setup in the system. Participate in Electra Extended projects to identify business requirements and perform Fit2Core analysis, collaborating with the markets while adopting the Core Model. Design new Core Model functionalities for new process activation (e. g. , Complete pair). Design the new Rebates Core Model (from idea to execution – e2e project). Design the DiscoPro front-end tool (from idea to execution – e2e project). Collaborate with BI and Finance/Accounting departments to guarantee developments and maintenance in the FI/CO area concerning pricing schema and pricing conditions. Main requirements: Educational Background: graduate and above from either Business, Engineering or Computer Science background.
5-10 years of experience as project manager in a top-tier consulting company (focus on SAP FI-CO projects is a plus) or 5-10 years of relevant experience as business/finance analyst.
Experience with SAP ERP. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Autonomous, organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context and to work well in a fast-paced environment. Commercial dynamics knowledge is a plus.
