For our Headquarters in Marlia, we are looking for a brilliant and passionate Public Relations Manager who will join our Marketing & Communication Area. Job Description: Marketing & Communication Specialist The candidate will join the Marketing & Communication area reporting to the Marketing manager. As a Marketing & Communication Specialist , you will play an important role in developing the narrative of our brand, engaging with our audience, and maintaining a constant relationship with stakeholders. In your role, you will manage different communication channels such as social media, company blog, external and internal communication, and you will be in charge of writing press releases, articles, and creating public content. The candidate will also collaborate with the Marketing Area for the creation of events and presence at fairs and conferences. Main duties and responsibilities: As Marketing & Communication Specialist at Toscotec s. p. a. , your main duties will include: Content management: Communication plan: Develop and execute a cross-channel communication plan aligned with project delivery and internal activities, assuring that timelines are respected. Press Releases: Redaction and dissemination of press releases working closely with different departments of Toscotec. Internal communication: Redaction of articles and communications to keep employees informed as required. Newsletter: Writing and sending newsletters to disseminate our press releases and news. ADV Plan: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan the annual ADV budget aligned with company objectives. Social Media: Social posting: Collaboration with our external agency for the creation of assets, and writing copies for the posts. Community management: Answers to comments and responds to inquiries. Marketing activities: Public Relations: Maintaining relations with media, customers, and stakeholders, representing the company professionally and building relationships. Fairs/Events and conferences: Developing communication supports for events, fairs, and conferences. Help coordinate the events if required. Job Skills Hard Skills: Good capacity for writing and passion for storytelling. Mothertongue or excellent English language knowledge (other languages are a plus). Knowledge in newsletter redaction using marketing platforms is a plus. Good knowledge of social media platforms (e. g. , exams and workshops during University/job experience is a plus). Knowledge of MS Office package. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well organized and precise. Empathy. Able to work in a team. Willingness to learn and patient. Creative mind. Aptitude for making presentations and public speaking. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication or related field. - 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing or communications is a plus. To be successful in this role, the candidate will: Be the liaison among different departments to get the information. Be proactive, patient, and willing to learn from others.
