For our Headquarters in Marlia we are looking for a brilliant and passionate Public Relations Manager who will join our Marketing&Communication Area.
Job Description: Marketing & Communication Specialist The candidate will join the Marketing & Communication area reporting to the Marketing manager.
As a Marketing & Communication Specialist you will play an important role in developing the narrative of our brand, engaging with our audience and maintaining a constantly relationship with stakeholders.
In your role, you will manage different communication channels such as social media, company blog, external and internal communication and you will be in charge to write press releases, articles and to create public content.
The candidate will also collaborate with the Marketing Area for the creation of events, presence to fairs and conferences.
Main duties and responsibilities: As Marketing & Communication Specialist at Toscotec s. p. a. , your main duties will include: Content management: Communication plan: develop and execute a cross-channel communication plan aligned with project's delivery and internal activities assuring that timeline is respected.
Press Releases: redaction and dissemination of press releases working closely with different departments of Toscotec.
Internal communication: redaction of articles and communications to keep employees informed once required.
Newsletter: writing and sending newsletter to disseminate our press releases and news.
ADV Plan: collaborate with the marketing team to plan the annual ADV budget aligned with company's objectives.
Social Media: Social posting: collaboration with our external agency for the creation of assets and the resource will be in charge to write copies for the posts.
Community management: answers to comments and respond to inquiries.
Marketing activities: Public Relation: maintaining relations with media, customers and stakeholders representing the company professionally and building relationships.
Fairs/Events and conference: developing communications supports for events, fairs and conferences.
Help to coordinate the events if required.
Job Skills Hard Skill Good capacity on writing and passionate about storytelling Mothertongue or Excellent English language knowledge (other languages are a plus) Knowledge in newsletter redaction using marketing platforms is a plus Good knowledge of social media platforms (e. g.
exams and workshops during the University/job experience is a plus).
Knowledge of MS Office package Soft Skill Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well organized and precise Empathy Able to work in a team Willingness to learn and patient Creative mind Aptitude making presentations and public speaking Qualifications -Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication or related field.
-1 or 2 years of experience in marketing or communications is a plus To be successful in this role the candidate will: Be the liaison among different departments to get the information Be proactive, patient and willingness to learn from others Be passionate about new technologies
