**_Marketing & Communications Manager is_
- _Responsible for the strategy and execution of both traditional and digital communication. _
- _Responsible for delivering and enhancing Park Hyatt, Park Hyatt Milan and its outlets' brands. _
- Main Responsibilities:_
- _Set overall communication strategy direction
- _Manage traditional and digital communication_
- _Set traditional and digital budget_
- _Manage and train Marketing & Communication Coordinator_
- Traditional Communication:_
- _Work with and manage local PR agency
- _Work with Hyatt International PR agencies
- _Meet both local and international journalists on regular basis
- _Organize press events and Park Hyatt Milan seasonal/special events
- _Attend local/press/partners' events
- _Manage Crisis Communication_
- Traditional Marketing:_
- _Execute Park Hyatt standards in all hotel collateral_
- _Work with and manage graphic agencies
- _Work with and support sales team by producing presentations and promotional materials
- _Work with and support rooms department and hotel outlets by developing menu, brochures, flyers_
- _Manage hotel partnerships
- _Manage art collaborations_
- _Manage hotel photo-shootings and video-shootings_
- _Coordinate Estro (hotel magazine) contents_
- Digital Communication:_
- _Work closely with Cluster Digital Manager
- _Set digital strategy in collaboration with Cluster Digital Manager and Cluster Director of Revenue_
- _Set hotel keywords
- _Set contents and investment of PPC Search Engines campaigns_
- _Manage websites content and SEO in collaboration
- _Set Social Media strategy_

**Qualifications**:
- _A university degree or diploma in Communications.
- _Minimum 2 years work experience as Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.
- _Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must. _
