Marketing & Education Specialist (Ortho)
Job Summary**:
As the Marketing & Education Specialist (Ortho) at Clear Correct, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and educational initiatives to promote our orthodontic aligners.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, educational materials, and training programs that effectively communicate the benefits of Clear Correct aligners to orthodontists and dental professionals.
Your expertise in orthodontics and marketing will help drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and contribute to the growth and success of Clear Correct.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that effectively promote Clear Correct orthodontic aligners.
This includes identifying target audiences, defining key messages, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
- Create educational materials: Develop educational content, such as brochures, presentations, videos, webinars, and case studies, that highlight the advantages of Clear Correct aligners and demonstrate their clinical effectiveness.
Ensure the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Relationship building: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, orthodontic societies, and dental associations to promote Clear Correct aligners and gain insights into the market.
Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence.
- Marketing collateral development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, product catalogs, website content, and social media assets.
Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, reflect the product's value proposition, and drive customer engagement.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Use this information to make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination in marketing initiatives.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, educational programs, and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A background in orthodontics or dentistry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic concepts, dental terminology, and clinical procedures related to aligner therapy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and accurate educational content.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
