**Responsibilities**:

We are looking for an experienced BCF Marketing & Innovation Manager in charge of promoting the global growth of the business with a particular focus on new methods of making business strategy.

Passionate about corporate sustainability aimed at creating shared value by identifying new opportunities and generation of ideas to promote company brand and products.

The role will be focused on the BFC:

bulk continuous filament division, an important strategic product area for the Company.

The position will be in staff to the President of one of the business unit for EMEA and APAC region and will collaborate with the communication department and the sales and development team.

The person will be responsible for:

Support the Business Unit President in coordinating and realizing projects oriented to expand our business models with new opportunities generated bymacrotrends like sustainability and eco-design activities.

Analysis of current and potential markets for marketing campaign, by identifying target markets, target customers and main competitors

Drafting Marketing plans and promotional offers

Image, Create and implementing integrated design of new consumption models

Preparation of promotional catalogues and product manuals

Soft skills Skills and knowledge to address the future challenges of sustainability

Mktg and sales approach

Requirements 8 years of professional experience in marketing and communication within international Companies (B2B sector, Design, Architecture, Accessories, Automotive. . . )

Communication background (branding and communication)

Special sensitivity to issues related sustainability (nice to have managed its contents)

For this role, based in Arco di Trento, it will be necessary to be willing to travel both national and international business trips.

A relocation in Arco di Trento is strongly recommended.

Besides, is strongly recommended be physically present at workplace.
