As the Marketing & Inside Sales Associate at Arithmos, you will be responsible for promoting Arithmos solutions and services portfolio to customers to demonstrate Arithmos' value add proposition to customers and contribute the growth of the company.
The focus is to acquire new customers and undertake business development activities.

**Accountabilities (proven experience required)
- Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive increased revenue opportunity in specific target markets and domains
- Speak with and qualify inbound sales leads that come through various channels (our website, LinkedIn, events etc.
)
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Present Arithmos value offer to potential new clients
- Gather and provide important market feedback to Senior Management
- Actively contribute to the improvement of our sales playbook
**Soft / General / Technical Competencies required
- Great communication and listening skills
- An outgoing personality and hunger to succeed
- Experience with Hubspot and Outreach preferred
- A genuine interest technology in the Life Sciences and what we do
- Desire to learn, grow and develop into an Account Executive role
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment
**Professional Background and Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent four-year college degree
- 1+ year of experience in sales development for enterprise and/or mid-market accounts
