In order to strengthen our business in Italy, we are looking for a high-performing Marketing & Sales Manager committed meet our growth targets.
She/He will lead a team of sales specialists and agents active in the relevant areas and a team of Product Marketing Specialist focused to localize the value proposition critical for the customers and prospects.
He/She will be responsible for maximizing our sales & marketing team potential, rafting development plans and executing them
**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading the sales team in Italy.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance management of sales team members and product marketing team.
- Support, nurture and grow the business through the partner network and key accounts in Italy.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Lead the local marketing team towards localization of value proposition.
- Select the right segments to focus the commercial efforts.
- Negotiate framework agreements with key accounts.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
**Your background**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing a sales team.
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background.
Double technical/business degree is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of the industrial electrical installation and machine building.
- Knowledge of a CRM system.
- Ability to speak in English and Italian proficiently.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
