**MARKETING ACTIVATION TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE

For our Marketing team based in **Milan** we are looking as of now for a **Marketing Activation Trainee.

During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

**About the job

As HiPRO Marketing Activation Assistant you will have the opportunity to bring to life our activation model in order to boost the growth and generate sustainable business impact.

You will be our eyes and ears to hack the performance business segment!

You'll collaborate with several company's departments (Digital & Data, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchase, Legal) to develop your skills.

In details, you'll be involved on:

- Mapping, leading and executing the brand 360° activation plans that are helping us to be where sports people are: events, gyms, city areas, summer destinations

- Support Activation Manager in organization and management of events

- Implementation of brand management plans, supporting communication

- Management of relationships with creative agencies and stakeholders

- Support budget management

- Scouting new suppliers

- Critical analysis to understand performance and tracking KPIs to measure results

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Master's degree in Communication or Management & events communication or Marketing or similar;

- Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;

- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

- Proactive and organized personality with a strong attitude to deadlines

- Structured and analytical way of working;

- Relational skills and flexibility;

- Excel and Power Point knowledge;

- Fluent in English.
