The role The Operative Marketing Specialist - MITAS will support the Global Brand Director Mitas and deliver the necessary tools and messaging to drive our business.
This individual will be a contributing member to the existing marketing team and will support a highly motivated and active sales team within the identified regions.
Key Responsibilities Analyzes market data, trends, and consumer behavior Coordinates promotional activities across distribution channels Supervise Mitas activities in CRM and e-commerce and analyzes KPIs Supervise local brand activities in key markets / project management Requirements Fluent in English language Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or consultancy Ability to self-motivate and work independently Ability to anticipate required change Excellent Communication and presentation skills Ability to see the larger picture, fact finding and provide solutions Ability to prioritize and stay focused Ability to manage complexity and work under time pressure Appropriate to resolve conflict with a positive outcome for the employees and company Team player
