**Marketing Agronomist Internship - Crop Science (M/F)

Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds and digital solutions to support farmers in sustainably increasing productivity.

Bayer Crop Science is looking for a brilliant Marketing Agronomist Intern within the Customer Marketing Division to support various strategic initiatives, both promotional and technical/agronomic.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to the success of promotional activities at farm level by supporting the requests of Sales and Marketing colleagues

- Interface with promotional service providers to facilitate the activities of the Sales and Marketing teams

- Become an expert in the FieldView digital platform, analyzing data derived from satellite maps

- Develop technical communication materials based on analysis results and on-farm success stories

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Degree in Agronomy or related field (Master's degree in precision agriculture or marketing will be a plus)

- Highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Flexibility and excellent analytical skills complete the profile

- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including strong Excel skills

- Good knowledge of English and Italian
