An exciting opportunity to join our Southern European Marketing & Communications team.

As a Marketing and Communications Analyst within the Corporate & Investment Bank communications team, you will be supporting the businesses on a day-to-day basis, providing internal and external communications, including operational support, for the team across the Southern European region. You will work closely with business and functional partners, and Communications colleagues across the firm and report to the head of Marketing & Communications for Southern Europe.

Job Responsibilities

Convey messages for internal and external communications around business and Corporate Responsibility projects

Manage logistics and support spokespeople throughout internal events and media interactions

Create and maintain briefing documents

Collaborate across the Marketing & Communications organization on executive communications, social media, and content development

Assist in creating quarterly measurement reports for the regional Marketing & Communications team

Respond to incoming calls from clients, vendors, and various counterparts looking for general information

Handle audit and other Compliance requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BA in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism

Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in a deadline-driven environment

An obsessive attention to detail, a deep respect for journalism, and a curiosity to learn more about banking

Ability to make good judgment calls

Ability to work independently to execute on projects while taking direction from multiple managers

Advanced understanding of media monitoring tools for reporting purposes

Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

Initiatives in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1+ year of experience preferred, ideally in supporting financial services companies
