As a Marketing and Communications Analyst within the Corporate Investment Bank communications team, you will be supporting the businesses on a day-to-day basis, providing internal and external communications, including operational support, for the team across the Southern European region.

You will work closely with business and functional partners, and Communications colleagues across the firm and report to the head of Marketing Communications for Southern Europe. Job ResponsibilitiesConvey messages for internal and external communications around business and Corporate Responsibility projectsManage logistics and support spokespeople throughout internal events and media interactionsCreate and maintain briefing documentsCollaborate across the Marketing Communications organization on executive communications, social media, and content developmentAssist in creating quarterly measurement reports for the regional Marketing Communications teamRespond to incoming calls from clients, vendors, and various counterparts looking for general informationHandle audit and other Compliance requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBA in Communications, Public Relations, or JournalismFluency in Italian, English, and SpanishExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in a deadline-driven environmentAn obsessive attention to detail, a deep respect for journalism, and a curiosity to learn more about bankingAbility to make good judgement callsAbility to work independently to execute on projects while taking direction from multiple managersAdvanced understanding of media monitoring tools for reporting purposesExpertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills1+ year of experience preferred, ideally in supporting financial services companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
