What you'll do Support in the creation of new training toolsAssist in the integration of tools to support training programsProvide technical support and troubleshooting during training sessionCollaborate with the team to ensure effective use of training toolsPropose changes in tools and/or services for training coursesPrepare operating manuals, or training materials for customers and the sales force.
