For our office in Inarzo (VA), in order to further implement and expand on an ambitious communication strategy, we are hiring for Communication Specialist to join our Communication Department.

The person will be responsible for producing creative content combining creativity and compliance with the company's guidelines and supporting all communication activity.

The company is primarily looking for applicants with background and early experience in the fields of interior design, architecture, furniture, fashion or sustainability.

**MAIN TASKS

- contributing to integrate and expand on the Company's Digital Communication Plan

- creating textual and visual contents, in line with the Company's Communication Strategy

- supporting activities related to Events such as Fairs & Exhibitions

- supporting activities related to new products launches

- supporting marketing and advertising campaigns

- supporting activities related to press

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- develop storytelling creative briefs for the calendar plan

- copywriting (professional and advertising writing): conception and drafting of content, product descriptions, newsletter texts, banner and adv texts

- support the production of catalogues, brochures and marketing printed materials

- contents management - producing copy and content for social media

- contents for the website

- monitor competitors' activities

- support the management of press activity

- be a reference for the Company's communication aspects related to products, events, day to day operations, R&D and more

- take attentive care of the contacts and of the audience following the Company

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- excellent skills in relation to use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) for video editing and graphic design

- experience in wordpress

- independence: capacity to drive a project and advance suitable propositions.

- team spirit: capacity to work on projects together with colleagues and teams.

- experienced in social media marketing and in strategies related to the use of digital channels (social networks, web-news, etc.

).

- language Knowledge: Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.

Other extra languages are of course appreciated.

- professional Background: experience in marketing roles, within the fields of interior design, architecture, furniture or sustainability.

- educational Background: MA/BA preferably with specialization in Graphic Design or Digital Media Marketing and communication.
