**Your Role**:As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will:

- **Create Compelling Content**: Manage our editorial calendar and produce engaging content for articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and ads.

- **Shape Communication Strategies**: Develop innovative approaches to amplify our brand identity across online and offline channels, with offline communication playing a major role.

- **Strengthen Relationships**: Build connections with media, partners, and ambassadors, and lead storytelling initiatives with students and alumni.

- **Enhance Brand Visibility**: Oversee promotional materials, event visuals, and trade show coordination in collaboration with our graphic design team.

- **Utilize Marketing Tools**: Leverage CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), WordPress, and other online marketing tools to optimize campaigns.

- **Analyze Trends**: Monitor market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in marketing, communication, or related fields.

- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), WordPress, and other digital marketing tools.

- Familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with market research and trend analysis.

- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
