Lingue straniereE' richiesta la conoscenza delle seguenti lingueItaliano: madrelinguaInglese: buono (B2-C1)Esperienze lavorative precedentiWhat you will do:Support the team in segmenting the market: identifying and researching industries, companies, and contacts (using tools like Report Aziende, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other databases)Assist in running email campaigns to generate new leads within the identified target segmentsHelp write effective emails aimed at converting contacts into leadsSupport the SDR & Sales Team in making outbound/inbound calls to generate qualified leads and schedule appointmentsAssist the SDR & Sales Team to implement demand generation strategiesUpdate the CRM with detailed notes on activities and resultsClean up and update the contact databaseAssist the SDR & Sales Team in organising webinars or other eventsTitoli preferenzialiWhat skills we need:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or other related fields (training in lead generation will also be considered)Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, written and verbalExperience with Google toolsFamiliarity with social selling tools like LinkedInEnthusiasm for building commitment and trust with customersStrong organisational skills with the ability to plan activities and prioritize tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in measuring KPIs and reporting resultsProactivity, precision, and reliabilityA proactive, self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and an innovative, out-of-the-box mindsetAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and dynamic team environmentPassion for technology and innovationPhysical presence in our Pisa (Italy) officeArea disciplinareingegneria, economico-statisticoDisponibilità al trasferimentoNon richiestaDisponibilità trasferimento all'esteroNon richiesta
