ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and project-related support to the marketing department.

This role involves a blend of creative and analytical tasks, requiring strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of marketing principles.

Key responsibilities include:

Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback, ratings, and questionnairesAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channelsCreate and manage content for company website and social media platformsPrepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and press releasesMonitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics toolsSupport the organization of promotional events and trade showsMaintain marketing databases and update spreadsheets with relevant informationCollaborate with other departments and external vendors as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)Strong grasp of marketing principles and digital marketing toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and marketing software applicationsExperience with social media management and content creationAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesired SkillsCreativity and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesFamiliarity with SEO and web analyticsBasic understanding of graphic design principlesFluency in English and good understanding of Italian and GermanWe are offeringAn innovative SME environment with great prospects and the security of an established software company operating for more than 20 years.
