We'll be looking for you to support our Sales team in implementing and executing the sales and marketing plan for the Italian market.

Reporting to the Go To Market Director, you'll support the Sales team and marketing initiatives to position WU Business Solutions in the marketplace and support lead generation.

You will have the opportunity to support the sales team on pipeline and data management in order to improve data quality and increase sales efficiency.

You will be supporting the Go-to-market Director in daily activities and operative tasks, understanding Western Union Business Solutions products and value proposition.

Furthermore, you will support in contacting Suspect Leads and presenting WUBS Value proposition, qualifying incoming self leads and sharing incoming opportunities within the team.

You will also support team in the deployment of marketing strategies and campaigns among Sales team.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- A previous experience in B2B Marketing and Financial Services is preferred

- Interest in the financial market or payment sector

- Ability to be creative, with strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.

- Analytical, precise and committed person

- Driven and results-oriented individual, who wants to start a career in the B2B Sales or marketing field

- Positive, enthusiastic, and open-minded with a proactive attitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Native speaker level in Italian and fluent level in English languages required
