Responsibilities The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and project-related support to the marketing department. This role involves a blend of creative and analytical tasks, requiring strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of marketing principles. Key responsibilities include: Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback, ratings, and questionnaires Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels Create and manage content for company website and social media platforms Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and press releases Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools Support the organization of promotional events and trade shows Maintain marketing databases and update spreadsheets with relevant information Collaborate with other departments and external vendors as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Strong grasp of marketing principles and digital marketing tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software applications Experience with social media management and content creation Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills Creativity and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with SEO and web analytics Basic understanding of graphic design principles Fluency in English and good understanding of Italian and German We are offering An innovative SME environment with great prospects and the security of an established software company operating for more than 20 years.
