is looking for a **Marketing Assistant** to join our Sales Team** in Italy.

**This position is** full time **and **permanent**.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creation of digital content (videos, photos, copy and posts)

- Follow creation of offline content (catalogue, brochures, print advertising, presentations, etc) in collaboration with Marketing Head

- Social Media Editor (create and schedule posts on various channels, manage comments and requests, organize advertising on social media channels)

- Update and maintain Website

- Support SEO and Google Analytics activities performed by headquarter

- Follow development and updates for digital tools (myKWS) and App, with support from headquarter and local marketing team

- Manage purchase and distribution of promotional materials

- Support local marketing team in event organization

**Key Compentencies and Qualifications Required**:

- Univesity degree in Marketing or business administration with marketing focus would be an advantage

- New graduates from marketing fields or min. 2 years of overall professional experience would be an advantage

- Good knowledge of content creation software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, PowerPoint)

- Good knowledge of Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)

- Very good level of Italian language

- Good level of English language (writing, speaking and understanding)

- Effective communication skills; internal and external

- Experience in social media management would be an advantage

- Willing to travel in the country and working in flexible hours

- No restrictions with travelling abroad when required
