The marketer profile we are looking for will be working in a fast changing-environment and be able to handle "out-of-his -area" tasks before settling into a definite role.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- ** Assist in the development and execution of marketing B2B and B2C campaigns and initiatives

- ** Implement Communication actions **according to the strategy to achieve the country's goals

- ** Manage and maintain the company's social media** accounts**, including posting and engaging with followers

- ** Produce valuable & engaging content** to increase Shopopop's brand awareness

- website & blog

- ** Master marketing tools

- Social media / Social Ads (Agorapulse, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, . . . )

- CRM (Hubspot, Braze)

- Website (Prismic, Semrush, Ahrefs)

- Project management (Notion)

- Design (InDesign, Photoshop)

- ** Support Customer Service in the Community management

- ** Follow your activity

- Continuous reporting through measurable KPI

**Profile required

**Your mandatory skills**:

- Fluent verbal/written English

- Excellent written communication skills

- You've managed social media before (mainly FB / IG)

- Basic graphic skills

- Willing to wear many hats in marketing and learn new skills to implement actions

- Proactive and self-learner

**Your desirable skills**:

- SEO and SEM knowledge

**Set yourself apart**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Have worked in Marketing on a fast-growing company, a Startup, or an agency

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
